Emlee Herron BSN, RN Legal nurse consultant

After graduating from The University of Toledo with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2017, Emlee began her career as an ICU nurse. This experience has given her a broad range of understanding healthcare and medicine. Emlee is well versed in the best standards of care, evidence-based practices, and much more. Due to her Critical Care experience, she is able to evaluate complex cases effectively. In 2022, she began assisting Attorneys with Personal Injury and Medical Malpractice cases. Additionally, she has obtained experience with Social Security Disability, Mass Tort, and Pharmaceutical Litigation case reviews. 

While Emlee's clinical experience is primarily in adult critical care, she has worked diligently since establishing her business on building a team of like-minded Legal Nurse Consultants with experience in Pediatrics, Women's Health, Oncology, Home Health, and much more! This is done to ensure her attorney clients can turn to her and her team for any type of case, any time. 

Emlee resides in Sylvania, Ohio (just outside of Toledo, OH) with her husband Carl and their son Alexander. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family, traveling, and baking.
